About the Role

We are looking for a motivated HR Operations Intern to join our HR team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and HR technology.

You'll work closely with HR professionals, support key people processes, gain experience with HRMS tools, and build a solid foundation for a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities
Support employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transfers, confirmations, and separation.
Assist in maintaining employee records, documentation, and HR databases with a high degree of accuracy.
Support HR reporting, analytics, and data validation activities.
Work with HRMS platforms and other digital tools to facilitate HR operations and process automation.
Assist with employee queries and support day-to-day HR operational requirements.
Contribute to HR projects, process improvement initiatives, and implementation of best practices.




Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of HR processes and an enhanced employee experience.

Eligibility Criteria
Completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good analytical, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Keen interest in HR Operations, HR Technology, and Employee Experience.
