Implementation consultants are the reason our rollouts land. You will run three to four accounts at a time, working with finance and operations leads to map their process onto Ledger ERP. Take manufacturing and distribution customers from kickoff to go-live - data migration, configuration and floor-level training.
Responsibilities
Run discovery workshops and document the target process
Configure modules, chart of accounts and approval flows
Plan and validate data migration from the legacy system
Train floor staff and finance teams, then support the first close
Requirements
3+ years implementing ERP or accounting software
Working knowledge of Indian GST and inventory accounting
Willing to travel to customer sites roughly one week a month
