We are looking for an experienced HR & Operations Manager to manage employee-related activities and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across our restaurant outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment, onboarding, attendance, shifts and employee records.
Handle staff performance, discipline, training and employee grievances.
Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure adherence to SOPs.
Coordinate manpower allocation and staff scheduling across outlets.
Monitor service quality, hygiene, productivity and operational efficiency.
Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions.
Prepare HR and operational reports for management.
Requirements:
1+ years of experience in HR, restaurant, hospitality or operations management.
Solid leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and HR processes.
Experience in managing frontline/restaurant staff preferred.
Pay: ₹14,507.33 - ₹21,000.00 per month
