About the Role

We’re looking for energetic, confident, and people-oriented Sales Interns who enjoy meeting recent people, starting conversations, and helping prospective learners find the right career path.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Intern, you’ll be at the heart of our on-ground student acquisition efforts.
Generate leads through on-ground outreach, events, and direct interactions with prospective students.Engage with prospects, understand their career goals, interests, and aspirations.
Drive centre walk-ins and create meaningful conversations with potential learners.
Explain upGrad X programs, answer questions, and help prospects understand the value of the right program for their goals.
Follow up with interested prospects and support them throughout the admission journey.
Work closely with the team to achieve monthly lead and admission targets.
Learn and apply real-world sales, communication, and customer engagement techniques.
