We are looking for an HR Executive who can independently manage the end-to-end HR cycle and handle day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment, candidate screening, interviews & onboarding
Employee documentation, attendance & leave management
Offer/appointment letters and HR records
Employee engagement and day-to-day employee coordination
Performance, probation and confirmation process
Resignation, exit formalities & Full and Final coordination
Payroll inputs and basic HR reporting
Implement and maintain HR policies and processes

Requirements :
1–2 years of relevant HR experience
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Solid understanding of HR processes and recruitment
Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
Experience in a Digital Marketing / Advertising Agency will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
