About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Indian Chef with 2–4 years of relevant experience in QSR, restaurant, or FMCG Food & Beverage operations. The candidate will be responsible for preparing authentic Indian dishes, maintaining consistent taste and quality, ensuring food hygiene standards, and managing day-to-day kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook Indian dishes according to standardized recipes and quality standards.
Expertise in North Indian curries, dal, roti, rice and other Indian preparations.
Prepare and maintain consistency in Gujarati and popular Indian snacks such as: Khaman, Dhokla, Dabeli, Vada Pav etc.
Ensure consistent taste, presentation, portion size, and food quality.
Maintain proper food preparation, storage, and hygiene standards.
Monitor freshness and quality of raw materials and ingredients.
Manage ingredient requirements and minimize food wastage.
Follow standardized recipes and maintain proper food-cost controls.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, utensils, and equipment.




Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and service.
Follow food safety and company SOPs at all times.
Support menu preparation, recipe standardization, and new product trials when required.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications
2–4 years of experience as an Indian Chef / Cook in QSR, restaurant, central kitchen, or FMCG Food & Beverage operations.
Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques.
Hands-on experience in North Indian and Gujarati food preparation.
Ability to follow standardized recipes and maintain consistency.
Good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced kitchen workplace.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple food preparations during peak hours.

Compensation & Benefits Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
