KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Talent Acquisition
Handle end-to-end internal recruitment.
Source through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels.
Screen profiles, coordinate interviews and follow up on offers and joining.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate pipelines.

Campus Hiring
Connect with colleges and placement cells for fresher and internship hiring.
Coordinate campus drives, interviews and selection processes.
Build relationships with educational institutions.
Maintain a database of colleges and campus candidates.

HR Operations
Manage onboarding and employee documentation.
Support internship and exit processes.
Assist with employee engagement and HR communication.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
Graduate / Postgraduate, preferably in HR or Management.
Experience in Internal Recruitment / HR Operations preferred.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Google Sheets.
Organised, proactive and comfortable handling multiple HR responsibilities.
