Scope of Work
Support day-to-day HR operational activities.
Maintain and update employee records.
Assist with filing and organising HR documents.
Assist with onboarding and joining documentation.
Support preparation of HR letters, reports, and basic MIS.
Assist with employee engagement activities.
Support candidate sourcing for recruitment.
Support exit documentation.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and organisational information.
Any other responsibility as assigned by the Supervisor.
