Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HW Board Design Technical Lead to lead the design and development of complex high-speed embedded hardware platforms for automotive and industrial applications. The role requires strong expertise in hardware architecture, PCB design, high-speed interface implementation, board bring-up, validation, and technical leadership. The candidate should be capable of independently driving projects from requirements to product realization while mentoring engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end hardware design activities from requirement analysis to product release.
Define system and board-level architecture for high-speed embedded hardware platforms.
Design and develop Analog, Digital, and Mixed-Signal circuits.
Perform schematic capture, design reviews, and PCB layout guidance.
Lead board bring-up, debugging, validation, and root cause analysis.
Implement and validate high-speed interfaces and communication protocols.
Conduct signal integrity, thermal, and power analysis to ensure robust product design.
Prepare design documentation, engineering reports, test plans, and customer presentations.
Collaborate with FPGA, Firmware, Mechanical, and Validation teams for system integration.
Manage technical risks, reviews, and design compliance activities.
Drive small to medium-sized projects independently while mentoring junior engineers.
