Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the overall HR strategy and policies in line with business objectives.
Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and exits.
Lead talent acquisition and workforce planning for critical and leadership positions.
Build and maintain a strong performance management system, including KRAs, appraisals, and performance reviews.
Develop employee engagement, retention, and development initiatives.
Manage compensation, salary structures, increments, incentives, and perks.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
Handle employee grievances and maintain a positive workplace setting.
Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and processes.
Identify training and development requirements and coordinate L&D; programs.
Provide HR analytics and reports to management for decision-making.
Manage HR budgets and HR-related costs.
Lead and mentor the HR team.
Support organizational restructuring, culture-building,



and change-management initiatives.
Work closely with department heads and senior management on people-related matters.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Performance Management, and HR Policies.
Good understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.
Solid leadership and people-management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Experience handling HRMS/HRIS and HR analytics.
Ability to work closely with senior management and business leaders.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
