The incumbent will be responsible for supporting Treasury borrowing programs, fund-raising initiatives, liability management, and Treasury MIS. The role requires hands-on experience in structured financing transactions, including Direct Assignment (DA), Securitisation, IBPC, and other borrowing and capital-raising activities.

Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end Treasury borrowing activities and liability management.
Manage fund-raising transactions through:
Direct Assignment (DA)
Securitisation Transactions
Inter-Bank Participation Certificates (IBPC)
Term Loans and other structured borrowing instruments
Coordinate with Banks, Financial Institutions, Mutual Funds, and other lending partners for fund mobilization.
Assist in capital-raising activities, including debt issuances and other funding avenues.
Prepare and analyze Treasury MIS, borrowing reports, portfolio performance reports, and management dashboards.
Monitor borrowing limits, funding costs, liquidity position, and repayment schedules.
Support documentation, due diligence,



and transaction execution for Treasury deals.
Liaise with internal stakeholders such as Finance, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Business teams.
Track market developments, interest rate movements, and funding opportunities.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal Treasury policies.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 years of experience in Treasury Front Office, Liability Management, or Fund Raising within an NBFC/Bank.
Robust understanding of:
Direct Assignment (DA)
Securitisation
IBPC Transactions
Structured Funding Products
Liability Management
Capital Raising
Hands-on experience in dealing with Banks, Financial Institutions, and Investors.
Solid analytical and financial modeling skills.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and MIS reporting.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Qualified Chartered Accountant will be preferred.
