Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in non-IT recruitment.
Proven experience in bulk hiring and managing recruitment drives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace and handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
