Intern Optometrist – Clinical Research

Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Intern Optometrist to support our clinical research activities. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of optometry, an interest in clinical research, good communication skills, and the ability to work closely with the clinical research team.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist in the execution of clinical research studies and research-related activities.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support the smooth execution of research projects.
Assist in monitoring and tracking study progress, identifying and reporting any issues that may arise.
Support the preparation of project updates, reports, and research documentation.
Assist with the collection, recording, and analysis of clinical data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with study protocols.
Support study investigators and site staff in patient recruitment, screening,



and follow-up activities.
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of regulatory and study-related documents.
Follow clinical research protocols, guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of patient and research data.

Qualifications:
Freshers or candidates with relevant internship/academic exposure to clinical research are preferred.
Basic understanding of clinical research processes and guidelines.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work both independently and in a team workplace.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic data management tools.
Passion for clinical research and willingness to learn.
