Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to attract potential candidates.
Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and schedule interviews with qualified candidates. Assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the organization.
Coordinate Recruitment Process: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate correspondence. Ensure a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Candidate Assessment: Administer assessments or tests as necessary to evaluate candidates' skills and competencies. Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers based on assessment results.
Maintain Applicant Tracking System (ATS): Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all candidates and their status in the recruitment process. Generate reports and metrics to track recruitment effectiveness.
Collaboration:
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Employer Branding: Assist in promoting the organization's employer brand through recruitment marketing efforts, including social media, job fairs, and networking events.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or any related field
Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a quick-paced setting.
Robust attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software applications.
