Key Responsibilities
Ensure & follow MRF process for all vacant positions.
Creating and updating job descriptions of all positions
Sourcing candidates through various channels like online job boards, social media, professional networking sites, employee referrals, and industry events.
Screening & evaluate resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the minimum qualifications and assess their suitability for the role.
Conducting initial interviews (phone, video, or in-person) to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinating & schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and effective process.
Evaluating candidates and analysis interview feedback.
Negotiate salary and benefits packages with selected candidates.
Release formal job offers, manage the onboarding process, and ensure a positive experience for new hires.
Managing entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial job posting to onboarding, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Skills/Core Competencies Required
