Handle end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding.
Understand manpower requirements and prepare suitable sourcing strategies.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate technical/functional interviews with hiring managers.
Recruit healthcare specialists and non-clinical staff as per business requirements.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates.
Negotiate salary, notice period, and other employment terms.
Conduct reference/background verification wherever required.
Coordinate offer release, documentation, and joining formalities.
Maintain daily/weekly recruitment reports and MIS.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Meet recruitment targets and close positions within agreed timelines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
