About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to design and develop engaging, effective, and learner-centered training content. This role requires expertise in instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and eLearning tools to create digital learning solutions such as modules, videos, assessments.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze training needs and target audience characteristics.
Design instructional materials aligned with learning objectives.
Create scripts, storyboards, and visual aids for video and multimedia-based content.
Design assessments to evaluate learning outcomes and effectiveness.
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), graphic designers, and developers.
Review and revise learning content based on stakeholder feedback.
Ensure content is accessible, inclusive, and aligned with branding and compliance standards.




Develop eLearning courses using tools like Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, or similar will be added advantage

Requirements:
Proven experience as an instructional designer or in a similar role.
Proficiency in eLearning development tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Rise, Captivate, Camtasia) will be an added advantage
Solid knowledge of instructional design models.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS power point and word.

Preferred Qualifications:
Degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field.
Experience designing content for corporate training, academic institutions, or nonprofits.
