Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment across IT and Non-IT roles.
Understand hiring needs and create effective sourcing strategies.
Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and qualified networks.




Screen and shortlist resumes based on technical skills, experience, and culture fit.
Conduct initial phone or virtual screening interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules and maintain clear candidate-client communication.

Requirements
Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable Wi-Fi and laptop setup for remote work.
Independent and self-motivated with valuable time management.

Compensation
