We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern / HR Recruiter Intern to support day-to-day HR and recruitment activities. Freshers with basic HR knowledge are welcome.

Location: Mota Varachha, Surat, Gujarat (in person)

Monthly stipend: Up to ₹10,000, based on skills and interview performance.

Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates.
Post job openings on job portals and coordinate interviews.
Follow up with candidates and maintain recruitment records.
Support employee onboarding and HR documentation.
Assist with routine HR administration and data entry.

Requirements
Basic knowledge of HR processes, recruitment and onboarding.
Ability to use a computer, email, internet, MS Word and Excel or Google Sheets.
Valuable communication, coordination and organisational skills.
Accuracy in maintaining records and respect for confidentiality.
Willingness to learn and work with the team.
Freshers and candidates pursuing HR or business-related studies are welcome.

Job Types: Full time, Fresher Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
