Job Overview

Allegient Unified Technology is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and employee coordination. You will play a key role in attracting qualified talent and ensuring smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and final selection.
Maintain and manage all HR documentation, including offer letters, appointment letters, warning letters, and other official communications.
Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities smoothly and professionally.
Monitor and update employee attendance, leave records, and timesheets.
Ensure proper employee management, addressing day-to-day queries and concerns.
Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and HR MIS reports.
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements.




Conduct reference checks and background verifications.
Assist in organizing training sessions and employee engagement activities.
Maintain HR confidentiality and ensure policy compliance.
Support payroll-related data preparation when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar HR role.
Robust understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Solid organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Good knowledge of HR policies, employee lifecycle, and documentation.
