Position: HR Recruiter

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive HR recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to final selection and joining.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer and joining.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial candidate screening and assess skills, experience, and suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain regular communication and provide timely updates to candidates.
Coordinate with interviewers/hiring managers and collect interview feedback.
Maintain candidate trackers, recruitment records, and hiring reports.
Coordinate offer discussions, documentation, and joining formalities.
Follow up with selected candidates until their date of joining.




Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Work towards timely closure of open positions and recruitment targets.

Required Skills
Robust verbal and written communication skills.
Good sourcing and candidate screening skills.
Knowledge of LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
Strong coordination, follow-up, and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions and candidates.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment trackers.

Preferred Experience
Prior experience in end-to-end recruitment/talent acquisition is preferred.
Freshers with positive communication skills and an interest in recruitment may also be considered.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
