Job Title: Non-IT Recruiter / Blue-Collar Hiring

Job Summary:

Responsible for high-volume blue-collar and frontline hiring for retail operations, preferably with experience recruiting for supermarket or multi-store retail businesses. The role will manage recruitment across store-level and support functions and ensure timely manpower availability.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end blue-collar recruitment for retail stores and operations.
Hire Store Associates, Sales Executives, Cashiers, Packers, Delivery Executives, Helpers, Warehouse Staff, and other frontline positions.
Manage bulk hiring through job portals, employee referrals, walk-ins, local sourcing, and recruitment vendors.
Coordinate candidate screening, interviews, documentation, background verification, and joining.




Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure manpower requirements are closed within TAT.
Handle basic HR administration and employee queries after joining.
Coordinate with Store Managers and Operations teams for manpower planning and hiring requirements.
Support employee relations and resolve basic employee grievances.
