– ER IN-CHARGE

Department: Emergency Room (ER)

Experience: 6+ Years preferred

Reporting To: Medical Superintendent / Hospital Administrator

Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and supervise day-to-day ER operations.
Ensure prompt and quality emergency care for women and children.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, technicians, and other departments.
Monitor staff duty rosters, attendance, discipline, and performance.
Ensure availability and readiness of emergency medicines, equipment, and consumables.
Ensure proper patient documentation, handover, and emergency records.
Coordinate admissions, transfers, investigations, and referrals.
Ensure compliance with hospital SOPs, infection control, and patient-safety standards.
Handle emergency situations and escalate critical issues appropriately.
Prepare ER reports and support audits and quality-improvement activities.

Qualification: Relevant healthcare qualification with robust ER experience. Key Skills: Leadership, emergency management, communication, coordination, decision-making, and team management.

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 9.0 per week
