Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting recruitment calls, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and ensuring timely closures and joinings.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, databases, references, and other recruitment channels.
Make outbound calls to prospective candidates and explain available job opportunities.
Screen candidates based on qualification, experience, communication skills, salary expectations, and job requirements.
Share job descriptions and relevant details with suitable candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview attendance, selection, documentation, and joining.
Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment status regularly.
Coordinate with the HR team and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Build and maintain a database of potential candidates for current and future openings.
Work towards achieving daily and monthly recruitment targets.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable making a high volume of recruitment calls.
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and job portals.
Positive follow-up and coordination skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Freshers with valuable communication skills may also apply; prior recruitment experience will be an advantage.
