We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter Intern to join our HR team for a 3-month internship. This role is ideal for candidates who are interested in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Human Resources and want to gain practical experience in the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities
Source and identify suitable candidates through Naukri, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial candidate calls and assess basic qualifications, communication skills, and interest.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain recruitment reports and provide regular hiring updates.
Support the HR team with other recruitment and HR-related activities.





Requirements
Graduate or pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
Robust interpersonal and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
