Education: Diploma / Degree – Any relevant qualification
Job Responsibilities
Perform in-process quality inspection during CNC and machine shop production.
Inspect components at different stages of the manufacturing process.
Monitor and control machine shop quality as per drawings and specifications.
Check dimensions using Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, and other measuring instruments.
Identify quality issues, deviations, and defects during production.
Coordinate with CNC operators, setters, and production teams to resolve quality issues.
Maintain inspection reports, quality records, and documentation.
Ensure components meet required quality standards before moving to the next process.
Support process improvement and reduction of rejection/rework.
Follow company quality procedures and safety standards.
Candidate Profile
2–3 years or 3+ years of experience in in-process quality / machine shop quality.
Experience in CNC production, machining, or manufacturing industry preferred.
Valuable knowledge of quality inspection and measurement tools.
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and dimensions.
Diploma / Degree candidates can apply; qualification is versatile for candidates with relevant experience.
