We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment and build a robust candidate pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Conduct initial candidate interviews and shortlist profiles.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
Manage recruitment trackers and maintain candidate records.
Handle multiple hiring requirements and ensure timely closures.
Requirements:
1–3 years of recruitment experience.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Strong sourcing and screening abilities.
Ability to work on multiple positions and meet hiring targets.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
