About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and execution-focused Influencer & Activation Executive to manage influencer collaborations, society marketing, events, activations, and brand partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with relevant influencers, creators, and content partners.
Manage influencer outreach, negotiations, collaborations, and campaign execution.
Build and maintain robust relationships with influencers and creators.
Identify societies, communities, events, exhibitions, and activation prospects.
Plan and execute society marketing and community activations.
Coordinate events, exhibitions, promotional activities, and brand activations.
Develop relevant brand partnerships and collaborations.
Coordinate with influencers, vendors, partners, societies, and internal teams.
Support on-ground campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
Track campaign reach, engagement, leads, and overall performance.
Conduct market and competitor research.
Manage multiple marketing activities and ensure timely execution.

Requirements




Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
1–4 years of relevant experience in Influencer Marketing, Events, Activations, Partnerships, or Brand Marketing.
Strong communication, networking, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Creative, proactive, and highly execution-oriented.
Ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines.
Willingness to work on on-ground events and activations when required.
Experience in consumer electronics, water purifiers/home appliances, D2C brands, marketing agencies, or event/activation agencies will be preferred.
