Key Responsibilities
Conduct fact-finding to understand customer requirements and support generation of insurance quotations.
Follow up with customers and insurers for quotations, endorsements, and policy issuance.
Process insurance transactions including current business, renewals, cancellations, and payments.
Coordinate with internal teams and insurers to ensure timely and accurate policy servicing.
Contact customer leads, understand their requirements, and suggest suitable insurance solutions.
Handle customer queries, feedback, and service requests professionally.
Ensure proper documentation and maintain accurate records as per process requirements.
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.

Desired Candidate Profile
1–3 years of experience in insurance operations (broking background preferred).
Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Customer-focused attitude with a positive approach.
Solid attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines.
