We are looking for a Junior Associate – Internal Audit to support bill verification, financial document checking, audit activities, and compliance with company policies and SOPs.
Key Responsibilities
Verify supplier bills, expense bills, TA claims, petty cash and advance payments.
Check invoices and supporting documents for accuracy and compliance.
Conduct petty cash and manual bill audits.
Follow up on GRN, stock transfers, pending audit queries and vendor ledgers.
Prepare expense deviation reports, audit observations and daily/weekly reports.
Review major expense ledgers and support internal audit activities.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of Accounting, Auditing and GST.
Understanding of invoices, bills, ledgers and financial processes.
Basic knowledge of ERP/SAP is preferred.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Valuable analytical and communication skills
Requirements
Experience: 1–3 Years
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
