Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial candidate screening through phone or online interviews.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Prepare and share job postings on relevant platforms.
Assist with offer coordination and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment reports and daily/weekly hiring updates.
Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline.

Requirements
Any graduate degree; HR/MBA specialization is an advantage.
Freshers are welcome to apply.




0–3 years of experience in recruitment/HR is preferred for experienced candidates.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Valuable interpersonal and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a target-oriented workplace.
Willingness to learn and develop recruitment skills.
