What you’ll be doing:
Build a live database of celebrities, influencers, and industry contacts
Work on real events planning, coordination, and on-ground execution
Assist with artist schedules, travel, and day-to-day management
Be part of brand shoots, appearances, interviews, and media moments
Connect with celebrity managers and industry professionals
Research brand deals, collaborations, and new opportunities for artists
Travel with artists for events
Handle rapid-paced communication and coordination across teams
