Develop students’ conceptual understanding, mathematical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.
Support students with
IB coursework, assignments, Internal Assessment (IA), and exam preparation
, as appropriate.
Prepare students for IB assessments using past papers, practice questions, and examination techniques.
Identify learning gaps and create targeted improvement plans.
Track student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents/guardians.
Explain complex mathematical concepts clearly using practical examples and multiple approaches.
Help students develop effective study,
revision, and time-management strategies.
Stay updated with the relevant
IB Mathematics curriculum, assessment structure, and examination requirements
.
Maintain appropriate academic records and communicate progress professionally.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in
Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, Education
, or a related field.
Solid knowledge of the
IB Mathematics curriculum for Grades 10–12.
Prior experience teaching or tutoring
