We are looking for a skilled QAD Consultant with 4–6 years of experience in the MFG/PRO (QAD) domain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in QAD ERP implementation, support, customization, troubleshooting, and business process management across manufacturing settings.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support, configuration, and maintenance of QAD ERP applications.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into QAD solutions.
Work closely with business users to understand manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, and production processes.
Configure and support QAD modules as per business needs.
Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolutions.
Support system testing, UAT,
deployment, and production activities.
Prepare functional and technical documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for enhancements and system integrations.
Ensure system stability, performance, and compliance with business standards.
Required Skills
Strong experience in QAD ERP / MFG-PRO.
Positive understanding of Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, and Production Planning processes.
Experience in QAD implementation, support, and enhancements.
Ability to analyze and resolve application issues.
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with business users and technical teams.
