Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate support through chat.
Understand customer requirements and provide explicit and skilled responses.
Resolve customer concerns efficiently or escalate them when required.
Maintain accurate information while handling customer interactions.
Follow company processes and maintain skilled communication.
Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the interaction.

Robust English communication skills.
Good typing skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to communicate professionally with customers.
Willingness to work according to the given working hours.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
