Technical Support: Resolve hardware, software, and operating system issues via remote tools, phone, email, or in-person.
Installation & Setup: Configure recent workstations, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
System Maintenance: Perform routine updates, antivirus checks, security patches, and data backups.
Network Connectivity: Troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DHCP, and DNS issues.
Ticketing & Documentation: Manage requests using an IT service desk tool and log troubleshooting steps to meet service level agreements (SLAs). [1, 2, 3]

Essential Skills & Qualifications
Operating Systems: Solid knowledge of Windows, macOS, or Linux.
Tools & Services: Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, Outlook, and TCP/IP fundamentals.
Hardware Knowledge: Ability to assemble/disassemble desktop parts and fix peripheral device failures.
Soft Skills: Good communication, problem-solving, and customer service orientation.
