The candidate should have hands-on experience as an Onsite Desktop L2 Support Engineer.
MNC experience is preferred. A small stint with MNC organization is fine.
Mumbai candidate is preferred
Robust working knowledge of an ITSM platform is mandatory. Knowledge on Windows11.
Hands-on experience in project implementation is expected.
The candidate should be comfortable with vendor management and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Complete end-to-end infrastructure experience is not mandatory for this position.
Microsoft Intune and ServiceNow experience are mandatory and will be key screening criteria.
Assets management & Procurements.
TAB configurations.
Device compliance activities; like firewall, antivirus.
Candidate will be coordinating with APAC countries on regular basis. Hence, communication should be valuable.
