Key Responsibilities
Manage IT infrastructure, users, devices, applications, and access.
Provide Azure cloud support – Virtual Machines, Blob Storage, Entra ID, Virtual Network, and Azure Monitor.
Manage Microsoft 365/Office 365, user accounts, licenses, and email.
Troubleshoot Windows/Linux, hardware, software, networking, and cloud issues.
Handle employee onboarding/offboarding and access management.
Manage IT assets, backups, security, patches, and system updates.
Support basic AI tools and automation for IT operations.
Coordinate with vendors and maintain IT documentation.
Requirements
3–4 years of experience in IT Support, System Administration, or Cloud Support.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
Good knowledge of Windows/Linux, networking, and Microsoft 365.
Basic understanding of AI tools.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory.
Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and with teams.
Azure certification is a plus.
