Role & responsibilities
7+ years of hands-on experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) consulting, implementation, or support.
Strong experience implementing and supporting enterprise identity governance solutions.
5+ years of Java development experience focused on backend development and system integrations.
Deep understanding of identity and access management concepts, including RBAC, user lifecycle management, authentication, authorization, entitlement management, and governance controls.
Experience working with Identity Governance platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, One Identity, or similar solutions.
Robust experience integrating identity solutions with enterprise applications, directories, databases, and cloud platforms.
Proficiency in Java development, including frameworks such as Spring,



Hibernate, and J2EE.
Experience with RESTful APIs, SOAP/REST web services, and third-party system integrations.
Solid knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory, IAM protocols including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL, or SQL Server.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and within a cooperative team environment.
Experience working in Agile development settings.
