Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day IT-related issues of employees.
Install and maintain computers, laptops, printers and other devices.
Troubleshoot internet, Wi-Fi and network issues.
Manage basic software and system-related problems.
Support CCTV and biometric systems.
Maintain IT equipment and inventory records.
Assist employees with email, MS Office and other applications.
Coordinate with IT vendors for technical issues.
Ensure regular backup of significant data.
Maintain basic IT security and system records.
Skills Required:
Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
Basic networking knowledge.
Valuable troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of Windows and MS Office.
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
Manufacturing/plant experience will be preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
