We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Executive to manage and support the day-to-day IT operations of the hotel. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining IT infrastructure, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth functioning of all hotel systems.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain hotel IT systems, hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
Provide technical support to hotel departments and resolve IT-related issues promptly.
Maintain computers, printers, Wi-Fi, servers, and other IT equipment.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related problems.
Support and maintain hotel operating systems, applications, and communication systems.
Ensure regular data backup and basic IT security practices.
Coordinate with external vendors for IT-related maintenance and support.
Maintain proper records of IT assets and equipment.
Ensure smooth functioning of IT systems during daily hotel operations.
Candidate Profile
Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in hotel IT or a similar environment.
Knowledge of networking, hardware, software, and troubleshooting.
Experience with hotel systems such as PMS/POS will be an added advantage.
Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and support multiple departments.
Candidates from the hospitality industry will be preferred.
Compensation & Perks
CTC: Up to ₹23,000 per month
