Maintain and update Item Master, Warehouse and inventory-related master data in ERPNext.
Enter and verify daily stock transactions accurately in ERPNext.
Handle Purchase Receipts, Delivery Notes, Stock Entries, Material Transfers, Returns and Stock Reconciliation.
Monitor physical stock against ERPNext stock records.
Conduct regular stock verification and cycle counts.
Identify and report stock discrepancies and assist in corrective actions.
Prepare and maintain inventory reports using Microsoft Excel.
Monitor stock availability, stock movement, slow-moving and non-moving items.
Maintain accurate records of stock receipts, issues, transfers and adjustments.
Coordinate with Purchase, Sales, Stores and Production teams.
Ensure correct item codes, UOM, warehouse and quantity details are maintained.
Support FIFO/FEFO inventory practices wherever applicable.
Ensure timely and accurate ERPNext data entry.
Maintain proper inventory documentation and filing.
Assist in preparing daily, weekly and monthly inventory reports.
Support internal stock audits and inventory verification.
