Key Responsibilities
Develop, enhance, and support ETL/integration workflows using Informatica and IICS based on business and technical requirements.
Build and maintain mappings, tasks, schedules, and parameterization for reusable and scalable integrations.
Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading activities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems.
Monitor jobs, troubleshoot failures, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes to improve stability.
Optimize performance of pipelines through tuning, effective transformations, and best practices for cloud execution.
Work with stakeholders to validate data outputs, reconcile results, and support UAT/production releases.
Maintain technical documentation for mappings, workflows, operational runbooks, and deployment notes.
Follow SDLC processes, versioning practices, and change management to ensure controlled releases.

Minimum

Qualifications:
Education: BTECH, MTECH, MCA, MSC (or equivalent).




2–5 years of experience in data integration/ETL development and support.
Hands-on experience with IICS and Informatica for building and supporting integrations.
Robust understanding of ETL concepts, data transformations, and batch processing fundamentals.
Ability to troubleshoot issues, analyze logs, and resolve production incidents with a structured approach.
Positive communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and document solutions clearly.

Preferred

Qualifications:
Experience with Informatica Cloud services and implementing integrations in cloud environments.
Exposure to data quality checks, reconciliation techniques, and building validation steps into pipelines.
Familiarity with scheduling/automation patterns and operational monitoring for ETL workloads.
Experience working in Agile teams, participating in sprint planning, estimations, and iterative delivery.
Ability to propose improvements for reusability, maintainability, and performance across integration assets.
