About Forsight

Forsight is an AI Workforce Intelligence platform helping enterprises understand whether their people are ready to work with AI — based on what their roles actually demand.

We identify role-specific AI readiness and capability gaps, create personalised development roadmaps, connect people to relevant learning interventions, and verify whether those interventions actually improved capability.

Our belief is simple:

The winners of the AI era won't be companies that replace their people. They'll be the ones that amplify them.

The core product is built, deployed on AWS and demo-ready. We're now entering the next chapter: enterprise adoption, strategic partnerships, go-to-market and category creation.

And we're looking for another entrepreneur to build it with us.

The Opportunity

This is a co-founder seat, not a conventional salaried executive role.

We're looking for an accomplished corporate leader who has spent years building businesses, teams, functions or enterprise relationships — and now wants to use that experience to build something from the ground up.

Your background could be in HR, Technology, Consulting, Sales, Strategy, Operations, Transformation, L&D;, Enterprise Services or another senior leadership function.

What matters more than your title is what you can bring to the table.

You will work alongside the founding team to:

- Shape Forsight's enterprise positioning and go-to-market strategy
- Open doors and build relationships with enterprise decision-makers




- Develop strategic partnerships and distribution opportunities
- Convert conversations into pilots, partnerships and commercial opportunities
- Bring real-world enterprise insight into product and business decisions
- Help take Forsight from product → market → scale

Who We're Looking For

You could be a CXO, Business Head, Functional Head, VP, SVP, Partner, Director or another experienced corporate leader.

We're particularly interested if:

- You have 12+ years of meaningful corporate/leadership experience
- You understand how large enterprises evaluate, buy and adopt recent solutions
- You've built strong professional relationships and can open the right doors
- You can operate strategically and roll up your sleeves when required
- AI's impact on the workforce is a problem you genuinely want to help solve
- You've reached a point in your career where building something of your own is more exciting than taking the next corporate title
- You're willing to take founder-level responsibility, risk and ownership

We are not looking for a particular designation.

We're looking for the right co-founder.

The Founder Commitment

- This opportunity is intentionally different from executive hiring.
- There is no salary attached to the role at this stage.
- We're looking for someone willing to invest their time, experience, relationships and capital alongside the existing founders.
- As part of joining the co-founding team, we expect a personal investment commitment of approximately ₹10 lakh, alongside active involvement in building Forsight.
- This isn't simply capital we're looking for.
- It's alignment. It's conviction. It's skin in the game.
- The structure includes meaningful founder equity for both the investment and contribution, with further upside linked to long-term value creation.
- Full details of the equity, investment and commercial structure will be discussed transparently with shortlisted candidates.
