Key Responsibilities:
Take end-to-end ownership of inventory planning and management across Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and other international marketplaces.
Monitor FBA/WFS inventory, warehouse stock, inbound shipments, and inventory in transit to maintain optimal stock levels.
Develop SKU-level demand forecasts, safety stock levels, reorder points, and replenishment plans based on sales trends, seasonality, promotions, and business targets.
Proactively identify and manage stock-out, overstock, excess, and ageing inventory risks.
Plan and monitor FBA/WFS replenishment shipments and coordinate with manufacturers, warehouses, 3PLs, and logistics partners.
Ensure inventory meets marketplace-specific requirements, including labelling, barcoding, packaging, prep, and expiry requirements.
Collaborate with PPC, Catalogue, Logistics, Operations, and other teams to align inventory with advertising campaigns, promotions, and seasonal demand.




Prepare and maintain inventory reports and dashboards covering stock levels, sales velocity, Days of Cover, replenishment requirements, and inventory pipeline.
Analyze inventory performance and provide data-driven recommendations to improve stock availability, inventory turnover, and working-capital efficiency.
Identify slow-moving and excess inventory and recommend appropriate optimization or liquidation strategies.
Develop and improve inventory SOPs, forecasting processes, replenishment systems, and contingency plans for supply disruptions.

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
