Own the initial digital client acquisition journey from prospecting and outbound engagement to successful SIP onboarding.
The role is focused on identifying investment-ready prospects, converting them into SIP clients, and completing the onboarding journey digitally. Once the SIP is successfully onboarded, the client will be transferred to the next-level advisory team for product deepening and further engagement.
This is a high-activity, target-driven sales role requiring solid communication, consistent follow-up and a focus on conversion.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Hunting: Proactively connect with assigned prospects through calls and digital communication to identify investment opportunities.
SIP Acquisition: Understand the prospect's basic investment requirement and convert eligible prospects into SIP clients.
Digital Client Engagement: Conduct the entire engagement journey digitally through calls, WhatsApp and other approved digital channels.
Digital Onboarding: Assist clients with KYC, account opening, documentation and SIP registration through the digital process.
Follow-up:
Maintain structured and timely follow-ups with prospects until successful SIP onboarding.
Lead Qualification: Identify prospects with potential for additional investment or financial-product requirements for subsequent engagement.
Client Transfer: After successful SIP onboarding, ensure a proper digital handover of the client to the next-level team for product deepening and further relationship engagement.
CRM Discipline: Accurately record calls, interactions, follow-ups, dispositions and conversions in the designated CRM/lead management system.
Target Ownership: Own individual daily activity and monthly SIP acquisition targets and deliver against defined performance metrics.
