Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Technician with 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT hardware, software, networking, CCTV, servers, and technical troubleshooting. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining IT infrastructure and providing timely technical support to employees.

Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with PCs, laptops, printers, scanners and other IT hardware.
Diagnose and fix Windows, software, application and system errors.
Install, configure and maintain operating systems, software and hardware.
Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, routers and switches.
Install, maintain and troubleshoot CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems.
Provide basic support for servers and network infrastructure.
Manage and maintain the IT Asset Register, including allocation, movement, repair and replacement records.
Perform regular IT system maintenance, software updates, antivirus checks and backups.
Handle employee IT support requests and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with external vendors for hardware, software, networking and CCTV services.




Maintain records of IT complaints, repairs, maintenance and service activities.
Ensure IT systems and equipment are properly maintained and available for daily operations.

Required Skills
Robust hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
Good knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, IP networking and internet troubleshooting.
Experience with printers, CCTV, DVR/NVR and basic server support.
Knowledge of IT asset management and preventive maintenance.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and support multiple departments.

Qualification & Experience
Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Applications, Electronics or related field.
Minimum 5+ years of relevant IT support experience.
Experience in a manufacturing or corporate setting will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate A hands-on IT professional who can independently identify, troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network and IT infrastructure issues with minimum downtime. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
