About the RoleCompCraft is looking for a Programming & BCA/BScIT Trainer with strong technical knowledge and teaching skills to train students in programming languages and academic concepts related to BCA and BScIT.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on:
Python
Java
C
C++
BCA & BScIT subjects
Explain programming concepts using practical examples, coding exercises, and projects.
Prepare lesson plans, assignments, coding exercises, and study materials.
Evaluate students through practical tests, assignments, and projects.
Help students understand programming logic, problem-solving, and debugging.
Clarify student doubts and provide individual guidance when required.
Keep course content aligned with current academic and industry requirements.




Maintain an engaging and interactive learning environment.

Required Skills
Robust programming knowledge in Python, Java, C, and C++.
Valuable understanding of core programming concepts, OOP, data structures, and problem-solving.
Familiarity with BCA and BScIT curriculum.
Solid communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain complex programming concepts in a simple manner.
Good classroom management and student-handling skills.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Applications, or a related field.
Prior teaching/training experience is preferred.
Relevant programming certifications are an advantage.
