We are a medium-sized beauty and personal-care manufacturer with an established export presence across international markets. We are looking for an Assistant Manager – International Sales to manage and develop business across assigned countries and customers.

The position will report to the Manager – International Sales , who is responsible for the relevant region and its overall sales performance.

Key responsibilities
Manage day-to-day business with existing distributors and customers in assigned countries.
Work with the Manager – International Sales to achieve country-wise and customer-wise sales targets.
Identify and approach recent distributors, importers, wholesalers and other potential customers within the assigned markets.
Conduct market research covering consumer preferences, competition, pricing, product opportunities and distribution channels.
Prepare presentations, quotations, product proposals and commercial offers within approved guidelines.
Follow up enquiries, samples and proposals to convert opportunities into confirmed orders.
Coordinate product development, packaging, artworks, registrations,



production and dispatch requirements with internal teams.
Track order execution, shipment schedules, customer payments and outstanding amounts.
Maintain updated customer records, sales forecasts, chance pipelines and market reports.
Support the Manager during international exhibitions, buyer meetings and overseas market visits.

Candidate profile
Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, International Business or a related discipline.
MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Sales or International Business preferred.
5–8 years of experience in international sales, export sales or overseas business development.
Experience in beauty and personal care, cosmetics, fragrance, toiletries or FMCG is strongly preferred.
Exposure to distributor-led international markets would be advantageous.
Solid communication, follow-up, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Willingness to travel internationally as required.
