As an International BD Executive at Shrego, you will get hands-on experience in global market research, lead generation, client outreach, and international partnership support. This is a learning-first role designed to give early-career professionals real exposure to cross-border business — not just coordination or admin work.

What you will do
Research and map potential clients, partners, and distributors in international markets
Assist in preparing pitch decks, proposals, and business development materials
Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth onboarding of international clients
Maintain and update CRM with leads, follow-ups, and deal status
Attend virtual and in-person meetings with international clients and partners
Track market trends, competitor activity,



and emerging opportunities globally
Contribute to monthly BD reports and pipeline reviews with leadership

What we are looking for
1–3 years of experience in the food manufacturing or food & beverage industry (sales, exports, trade, or BD function)
Working knowledge of food export processes, international trade documentation, or food certifications (FSSAI, HACCP, Halal, etc.) is a robust advantage
Genuine interest in global markets, international business, and cross-cultural communication
Solid written and verbal communication skills in English
Proactive attitude — you follow up, you take ownership, you don't wait to be told twice
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, CRM tools, and presentation software
A degree in Business, International Relations, Economics, or a related field is preferred
Food Industry experience is complusory.

Pay: ₹10,054.58 - ₹33,558.87 per month
